This project has been a good experience for me. I have learned a lot by making my first character model. It was fun, and challenging at the same time. I have to say I accomplished what i set out to do. I wanted to make a comical character, and a little chubby kid with a small cape, overalls, and headphones seem pretty comical. I had a lot of success, and a few set backs. The process of modeling the body, went over really smoothly, I barely had any problems. Also the hair seemed to be tricky, but ended up being really solid. My main problem was modeling the head. It was an experience that helped because now I know what not to do. It wasn't all bad, but it was the biggest problem in the model. If i had to do this project again, i would probably change the way i went about the head. I didn't really have references so i mostly eye balled it. I would use a tutorial next time, and try and shape it off of that. But all together I'm really happy with my model.

Week9
Well its time to start wrapping the character up. I'm done with the texturing, props, and I'm not rigging due to time constraints. All that's left to do, is print out the character and mount him. I haven't really had any problems lately, but i am going to have to look up how to place the character on a surface and frame him. The teacher went over it kind of quickly. Other than that, everything is done, and ready to present.
